Document Tracking
Our web interface allows our clients to track the progress of various documents involved in the software development process. Our clients can view the current version of each document and/or provide feedback and comments on unfinished documents.
Tracking Project Parts
Project parts are items within projects that can be clearly separated as standalone units. Our web interface allows our clients to track our progress on individual project parts. This information includes:
- The stage in the development process for a given project part.
- The completion percentage for the current stage.
- The projected completion date for the current stage.
- Notes included by the development team alerting you to issues related to a given project part.
Two-Way Communications
Our web interface also allows our clients to submit:
- General-purpose inquiries.
- Software defect reports.
- Marked up/revised documents.
Automatic Notifications
In addition, registered clients receive email notifications when the status of documents and or project parts changes. For example, our clients are notified when:
- The Specifications Document is approved and the implementation phase begins.
- The implementation of a certain project part concludes and its testing starts.
- The product is released and ready to be downloaded from our web site.
